Training includes the proper and effective documentation of a loss as well as all important and relevant actions and communications throughout the restoration process. The IMACC Compliance Staff and Systems follow all jobs referred through IMACC Dispatch to assure procedures are adhered to and documented as specified to our insurer and property management clients.
