IMACC Training

To begin with only the best and most capable restoration contractors are qualified and accepted as IMACC Service Providers. Highly specialized training is required to keep their status as the industry's top experts in the field. Our team of trainers and educators help by providing hours of individualized sessions in the areas of anti-fraud conduct, customer service, client communications, and comprehensive loss documentation to the entire staff of each IMACC Service Provider. Training includes the proper and effective documentation of a loss as well as all important and relevant actions and communications throughout the restoration process. The IMACC Compliance Staff and Systems follow all jobs referred through IMACC Dispatch to assure procedures are adhered to and documented as specified to our insurer and property management clients.

IMACC Specialized Training Is Customer and Insurer Friendly, protecting against fraud, improper or inadequate communication and loss documentation. This ensures that all work is completed in a reasonable time frame and that the work was done as estimated in a quality manner.
  • All IMACC Restoration Service Providers are extensively trained in the use of the ClearClaim Loss Documentation System, designed to provide complete transparency throughout the entire restoration process from the first contact to the completion of repairs and satisfactory approval of the property owner.
  • Training of all IMACC Restoration Service Providers also includes anti-fraud education and ethical conduct instruction.
  • Additionally, all IMACC Restoration Service Providers must complete a two-part course in subrogation recognition and preservation of evidence to assist in the insurer’s recovery of policyholder deductibles and insurer indemnification payments. In all cases, the first dollars recovered go to the policyholder until the deductible and over-limits losses have been reimbursed to the policyholder.
