  • Water and Fire Emergency Mitigation
Certified by the most respected not-for-profit organizations in the world, the IICRC and RIA, all IMACC Contractors employ a cadre of the most well-trained service technicians in the world. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment, these experts are proven to save property, significantly reduce loss, and get fast results so you can get back to business as usual with the least interruption and inconvenience.
  • Damage Reconstruction - Commercial, Industrial, or Residential
IMACC is the independent network with the most RIA Certified Restorers and highly trained and experienced restoration and reconstruction experts in the US.
  • Tree Removal - Performed by Professional Arborists
Tree removal is dangerous work with the potential for even more damage if it isn't done by an experienced, insured professional with the right equipment for the job.
  • Contents and Dry Cleaning
Contents Restoration has become a specialty field with new, substantially more effective technologies and processes that deliver profound savings compared to the past. Most restoration contractors have not kept up with the pace and have not made the necessary investments in new equipment and technician training. All IMACC-Approved Contents Restoration Contractors have been carefully vetted and qualified by independently operated training and certifying facilities.

Effective, proper, and equitable garment and textile restoration requires specialization versus typical retail dry cleaning. All IMACC-Approved Garment and textile restoration facilities must belong to a national franchise or network with a minimum of the following documented procedures and services:
    1. Provision of a detailed inventory of all affected garment and textile items removed from the property for restoration
    2. Utilization of an IMACC-Approved, nationally recognized specialized restoration cleaning equipment and system
    3. A no-charge policy for unacceptable items that could be cleaned satisfactorily
    4. Web-based process and loss documentation interface with the IMACC ClearClaim Documentation System
    5. Provide free-of-charge temporary storage of all received garments and textiles during the reasonable period of restoration, and allow reasonable owner access to garments and textiles during the period of restoration (usually done as a result of seasonal changes or special events)
    6. Provide free pickup and delivery that includes returning garments and textiles to the loss location
