IMACC at Planning to Win: The Business of Restoration Symposium

This symposium is designed for the established restorer. Whether you are doing $150K or several million per year in restoration work, you will learn how to grow, manage and increase your profits. If you are new to the industry or thinking about getting involved, restoration is not a "get rich quick" business.

The Planning to Win symposium may not be the best place for beginners to start but it will open your eyes to the many opportunities and challenges that lay ahead.

“We are very pleased to have Pat Harmon of IMACC making presentations at the Planning to Win symposium,” said Dave Hanks, co-owner of Interlink Supply. The wealth of industry knowledge that he brings to the program both from the insurer as well as the contractor side is amazing and we’re very glad to have him. We feel that he can deliver tremendous insight about the future of our industry along with practical, real-world solutions to the challenges restorers are facing or will soon face.”

IMACC's Patrick Harmon will be a featured instructor for the following two classes on Day 3 of the Symposium:

1. Total Claims Accountability/Getting Your Price
2. How Claims Go South

Additional speakers include:
Dan Bernazzani
Jeremy Reets
Eugene Peterson
Timothy Miller
John E. Hirth
Dick Wagner
Craig Jasper
